As I walk along the cul-de-sac,

remembering your goodness and love.

Until I’d reached the train’s aged track…

I must go, and leave this golden shack.

I’m leaving, to find my lady-love.

As I walk along the cul-de-sac…

I lift the memories on my back.

My eyes, staring straight the flying dove.

I bring courage in a little pack.

I pray to all mighty God, above.

As I walk along the cul-de-sac…

In loving memories, I ain’t lack!
